S.E.D Electrical Ltd provides electrical inspection and testing for domestic, commercial and industrial clients throughout London and the South East.

 

Being a member of the NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) our work is regularly assessed to assure we meet relevant technical and safety standards. We also have a number of testing contracts with local authorities.

 

Householders and Domestic Landlords

 

• We provide Periodic inspection reports for landlords as required.

• We carry out full inspection reports for people wishing to purchase a property

• We fully test inspect and certify household properties for homeowners who want  peace of mind

 

Commercial property owners

 

As an employer you are obliged to comply with the Electricity at Work Regulation (1989) as well as the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) which both state the requirement for regular electrical testing and inspection on all appliances and applications in the work place. Periodic Inspection and Testing should be carried out at regular intervals as recommended in Guidance Note 3 of the IEE Wiring Regulations.
